Initial Consultation
Every Headliner Homes project begins with a thoughtful conversation. Whether we’re walking your chosen lot, touring your existing space, or surveying your backyard, we take the time to understand your vision, goals, and how you want to live.

Personalized Plan
We take a personalized approach, crafting custom floor plans and elevations that reflect your unique vision, preferences, and functional needs. We work in close collaboration with you to determine the features, materials, and amenities that will make your space not only gorgeous and practical, but also exactly suited to your lifestyle.

Budgeting & Agreement
We consult our trusted network of subcontractors and suppliers to gather detailed pricing, allowing us to prepare a comprehensive contract outlining all the selected features, amenities, and options. Once you approve the contract we move on to the next step.

Selection
With the guidance of our design team, you’ll select materials and finishes. We take the time to discover not just what you want, but also what you don’t, so that every choice reflects your style, improves your lifestyle, and fits your budget. Once selections are finalized, we handle all ordering, scheduling, and coordination.

Construction & Oversight
Throughout construction, our experienced staff handles all aspects of construction, remodeling, or outdoor installation with regular site visits, milestone decision meetings, and detailed updates. We provide monthly budget reports to keep things on track.

Completion & Ongoing Care
Our process concludes when your remodel is complete, but our commitment doesn’t end there. We offer a one-year warranty and personalized follow-up service to ensure your satisfaction with the finished project.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you incorporate our individual tastes?
Headliner Homes is a full-custom builder that constructs each project according to the preferences and specifications of the future homeowner. Many of our homes have similar features and amenities; however, customer individualism is always maintained. Every project is designed and built to keep up with the latest in new home ideas and trends in interior design and décor.
How will we know that construction is proceeding as promised?
Our subcontractors have been chosen for their integrity and reliability as well as their genuine concern for the customer. The homeowner will be given an estimated timeline at the start of production. However, if delays happen along the way, the homeowner will be informed of any delays and be updated on the new timeline. In addition, monthly financial updates are also provided to keep the homeowner informed on the budget.
What is included in a proposal from Headliner Homes?
Once a house plan has been approved and accepted by the homeowner, Ryan will review an itemized spec sheet with the homeowner that details all amenities to be included in the finished house. Once the specifications are finalized, a copy of the plan goes to each individual subcontractor that will be working on the home. The subcontractors provide an accurate and detailed estimate of their portion of the production. This takes the guesswork out of final proposals!
What if something during construction does not align with our vision?
Headliner Homes realizes that ideas on paper may differ from actual standing structures and customers’ visions. We strive to meet requests and revisions, provided it is not too late in the building process to compromise the homeowner’s satisfaction.
